To keep our logistics transparent and reliable, we process and ship orders exclusively on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (London Time)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or anytime during Saturday and Sunday, will enter our processing system on the following Monday morning.
Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
This is our internal quality-check and packing window. We carefully wrap your delicate garments, lace, or jewellery before handing them to our courier.
Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
This is the estimated duration your parcel spends travelling from Kent to your designated delivery address.

Address Corrections
If you spot an error in your delivery details, please email us immediately at contact@butterflyboutiqueltd.shop. We can adjust your delivery address seamlessly as long as your order is within our 1-2 day handling window. Once a package leaves our boutique and is dispatched with the carrier, we are legally unable to redirect or alter the destination.
