At Butterfly Boutique, we want you to completely love every piece you purchase from our collections. We understand that sometimes an item might not fit exactly how you envisioned or look quite right once you try it on at home.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return and refund process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Our Return Window

30 Days to Return: You have 30 calendar days from the exact date you received your item to request and post your return back to our boutique. Returns sent back after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund, your items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived in. Because we specialise in delicate textiles, lace, and premium silver, we kindly ask that you meet the following conditions:

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks, makeup, perfumes, or deodorant scents.

All original product tags, labels, and boutique packaging must remain attached and intact.

Jewellery pieces must be returned in their original protective gift boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Start Your Request: Send a quick email to our customer support team at contact@butterflyboutiqueltd.shop. Please include your full name, order number, and the specific item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Pack Safely: Once our team confirms your request, securely package your items (ideally in the original shipping box or bag) to ensure they are protected on their way back to Kent.

  3. Ship to Us: Send your package to our physical store address:

    Please note: Unless an item arrived defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

     

How and When You Receive Your Refund

Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Faversham boutique, our team will personally inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will send you an email notification as soon as this check is complete.

10-Day Refund Window: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited directly back to your original payment method (the specific debit card, credit card, or digital payment profile you used at checkout) within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that banking institutions and credit card companies can sometimes take a few additional days to clear the funds and post the transaction to your account statement.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great pride in hand-checking our apparel and accessories before they leave our shop. However, if an item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately at contact@butterflyboutiqueltd.shop with a photograph of the fault. We will issue a replacement or a full refund right away, covering all associated shipping costs.
